3rd Saturday Improvisation: Creativity, Truth, Storytelling, & Dance
A natural part of the human state is loneliness, but using the arts to speak and move truthfully can help us bridge the gap between ourselves and others. In these workshops you will release your body and story through improvisational activities and exercises, and leave with a deeper understanding of body, self and expression. All shapes and abilities welcome!
OPEN LEVEL: 3rd Saturdays • September 19 (cancelled), October 17 (cancelled), & November 21 (still on if enough pre-register) • 2-5 pm • Chase Studio • Lida Winfield • $32/session or $60/2 • Limit: 16
